Terms of Service for CodeLab

Welcome to CodeLab, operated by Enterprise Coding Lab at entercodelab.com. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing products, or using any offerings provided by CodeLab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Services

CodeLab offers custom coding workshops, project consultations, virtual training sessions, and ongoing support packages (collectively, “Services”).

3. Digital Products

Our digital products include e-guides, recorded tutorials, code templates, and other downloadable materials (“Infoproducts”). Access is granted electronically upon purchase.

4. Physical Products

CodeLab sells branded merchandise and hardware kits (“Goods”). These items are shipped to your provided address.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Customers may request a full refund up to 7 days before a scheduled service date. After that period, no refunds will be granted. Alternatively, sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5.2 Infoproducts

Requests for refunds on Infoproducts must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. A full refund is available if less than 20% of the material has been accessed. No refunds are provided if more than 20% has been accessed or downloaded.

5.3 Physical Products

Unopened Goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% handling fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain premium or bespoke offerings labeled “No Refund” at the time of purchase are final. These services may be transferred to another individual or date with at least 72 hours’ notice but are not refundable.

6. Transfers

Unless otherwise noted, all Services and No-Refund Services may be transferred to another party or date once, provided the request is made in writing at least 48 hours before the original service date.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, code samples, tutorials, and branding provided by CodeLab remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services, Infoproducts, and Goods lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, illegal activity, or violation of any third-party rights will result in immediate termination of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CodeLab’s total liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service, Infoproduct, or Good.
